You may notice information is incorrect when viewing your license key. This would not be account or user data in the Accounts Portal, but this data only seems to show when viewing the license details. This article gives information for getting this information updated.
This information cannot be edited by an admin in the portal or by GFI Support. Please open a ticket with GFI Support to request they engage the Sales and Order Processing Team to resolve this matter.
Once the issue has been handled by the Sales and Order Processing Team, the information listed in the license will be correct.
