Overview
Sometimes when you sign up for new accounts, an alternate email address is used. When the licenses are generated and sent to you, they are under that email address rather than the one that is used for your accounts portal login. This usually applies to reseller accounts but could apply to individual accounts with multiple products as well. This article gives instructions for how to get your accounts combined.
Diagnosis
You have to sign into the Accounts Portal with multiple accounts to get to all of your licenses or customer's licenses.
Solution
Please open a support ticket with GFI Support and provide the following information:
- License Key(s)
- Customer ID(s) (CID)
- Email Address(es)
Once the information has been provided, GFI Support will work with the appropriate teams to resolve the issue, usually within 3 business days.
Confirmation
When GFI Support completes the process, you will then be able to access all of your GFI information in one location with one login.
