1. ESEC encryption is NOT enabled
2. Customer using a 3rd party encrypted device
3. User is given permission to use the device
4. When plugging in the device it does not work properly, e.g.:
- After entering the password for the encrypted device, an error is shown
- The device does not show up with the other drives when going to 'Computer'
